De Edele Koran

This is currently the most popular Dutch translation of the Quran. It can be found in many mosques and Islamic centers.
The book is a translation of the Quran into Dutch. On each page, the Arabic and Dutch texts are arranged in columns next to each other. The book also contains a short introduction with some explanation of certain characteristics of the text. Religious instructions are also included to follow while reading. At the back of the book is an index with keywords, and at the front is a table of contents. The translation itself occasionally includes footnotes for clarification.
